Title: Coconut Pie

2 Eggs
1 1/2cSugar
 pnSalt
1/2cButter; softened
1/4cFlour
1/2cMilk
1cShredded coconut
1 9 inch pastry shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs and gradually add sugar and salt; beat until thick and lemon colored. Blend in butter; then flour and milk. Add coconut. Spoon into pastry shell and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set and slightly browned
